Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all jewelry items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Eligible Items

Most items are eligible for return with the following exceptions:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items purchased during sale or clearance

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Receive a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the provided return address
5. Include the return authorization number

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us. We will provide an exchange authorization and cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
