Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the items meet our return conditions. All refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your account, which may vary depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Non-Refundable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for expedited processing.

Exchange Refunds

If you exchange an item for a different product, any price difference will be refunded or charged to your original payment method. Exchange shipping costs are covered by us.
